Shipping & Returns

Return & Exchange Policy – International Orders

A refund or exchange may be requested under the following conditions:

  • Product is unused and unaltered, with all original tags affixed and in original packaging
  • Refund or exchange is requested within 7 days of delivery

BOYY reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests that fail to meet the above criteria. Items associated with requests that fail to comply may be sent back to the original original shipping address provided.

BOYY currently does not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges. Returns may be shipped using your carrier of choice. We strongly recommend requesting a tracking number and/or insurance on your shipment to ensure that we receive your package safely at our return facility, as we are not liable for items not received or damaged in transit.

Refunds will be processed following product inspection. Please note that original taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange Policy - BOYY Retail Locations

A refund or exchange may be requested for product purchased at a BOYY retail locations under the following conditions:

  • Product is unused and unaltered, with all original tags affixed
  • Receipt(s), Sales Slip(s), Full tax refund paper(s) and refund card are presented
  • Request is made within 14 days of the date of purchase
  • Request is made at branch of purchase onlyTo return or exchange must be done at the branch of purchase only.
  • Method of payment for returning or exchanging the items and products shall be the same as on date of purchase. 

Please note that BOYY can currently only accept return and exchange requests at the location of purchase. 

Products purchased from BOYY stockist partners are subject to their return and exchange policies.

Product Warranty

All BOYY products carry a one-year warranty on manufacturing defects. If you believe your product shows signs of a manufacturing defect, please contact [email protected] for further instructions and include the following information:

  • Images of your claim item
  • Your original order number
  • A copy of your invoice

BOYY will evaluate and respond to your claim.

Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping in Thailand

All orders subject to free shipping and are shipped via EMS Service.  We require a signature upon delivery. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. 

International Shipping

All international orders eligible for free shipping, and will be shipped via DHL or UPS depending on destination. Import tax and duties will be applied based on delivery destination. We require a signature upon delivery.

Please note that at this time, we are only able to ship orders to Russia under a company name (not to individual clients directly). 

Please allow 4-6 business days for delivery, excluding custom clearance.
