SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping within the domestic United States
All orders are shipped via FEDEX Ground and will require an adult signature upon delivery. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through FEDEX. Orders cannot be shipped COD.
To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment in addition to the actual transit time, once shipped. FEDEX ground generally can take from 1 - 5 business days depending on SHIP TO location. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In general orders placed will be processed within one business day unless notified otherwise. Please note BOYY Inc. cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

International Shipping Method and Fees
$50 usd flat rate for shipping and handling via USPS Express mail with tracking # and insurance, for all handbags.
$25 usd flat rate for shipping and handling via USPS Express mail with tracking # and insurance, for all small leather goods.

Insurance
BOYY insures each purchase from the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for purchased goods passes on to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, then you accept that evidence of a signature by them, or at that delivery address is evidence of delivery by BOYY and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

RETURN POLICY
Request a Return Authorization Slip by contacting customer care within
14 days of placing order by emailing customercare@boyybag.com.
A Return Authorization Slip must be obtained before returning any items. No refunds will be given on items returned without a Return Authorization Number.
Ship return items to address on Return Authorization Slip.
Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper. BOYY is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. BOYY does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at BOYY's sole discretion.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
BOYY wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will apply a full refund (minus shipping costs) once we receive the returned purchase. All returns must be made within 7 days from date of receipt of purchase and must be accompanied by the Return Authorization Slip – see below for details.
Please note we are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. We are unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges.
All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, used or damaged in any way.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Refund will be applied only once we receive returned purchase. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express, that allows you to track your package. We are unable to accept a return COD. BOYY is not responsible for any lost or damaged goods. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. Once refund has been entered into the system, we will send you an email notification confirmation.
