All orders are shipped via FEDEX Ground and will require an adult signature upon delivery. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through FEDEX. Orders cannot be shipped COD.
To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow 5 business days to process your order for shipment in addition to the actual transit time, once shipped. FEDEX ground generally can take from 1 - 5 business days depending on SHIP TO location. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In general orders placed will be processed within one business day unless notified otherwise. Please note BOYY Inc. cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Estimate shipping time is 4 - 6 business days, once shipped.
BOYY insures each purchase from the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for purchased goods passes on to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, then you accept that evidence of a signature by them, or at that delivery address is evidence of delivery by BOYY and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

At BOYY we want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will apply a full refund (minus shipping costs) once we receive the returned purchase. Refund will be applied only once we receive the returned purchase, and may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. We will accept return of product in original condition, with all tags attached within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original purchase.
All items are quality controlled and carefully inspected before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer service at email@example.com immediately.
Regularly priced merchandise may be returned for a full refund or qualify for exchange within the afore mentioned time period and stated conditions. All items purchased as sale merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Please note we are unable to accept return for items purchased at other retail locations or websites. Returns or merchandise exchanges purchased through other channels which are not directly operated by BOYY cannot be accommodated.
We do not refund original or return shipping charges. We strongly advise that you insure your package and receive a tracking number. Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper. BOYY does not assume responsibility for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control. BOYY does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above stated return requirements at BOYY's sole discretion.
